Posterlab was a creative recruitment project I developed for idealabs, combining traditional poster marketing with digital application processes. The concept was simple but effective: create physical posters that drove people to an online application system.

This project represented an early exploration of bridging physical and digital marketing, using QR codes and memorable URLs to connect offline discovery with online engagement.

The poster campaign was designed to attract creative, tech-savvy candidates who would appreciate the innovative approach to recruitment. Rather than traditional job postings, we created visually striking posters that sparked curiosity and drove action.
